The Council has had many requests for contact via email on issues which effect Portishead & North Weston. The Council has decided to trial an email contact system based on Hotmail. Click on the contact icon below and your email software will launch to allow you to send an email to any body at the council on any relevant issue. The rules: In the subject section of your email tell us what topic you will be discussing and who it is addressing, councilor or other. eg. CCTV in Portishead for whole council. All the councilors and admin staff will be able to see, read, print and forward all emails, these emails will not be private.
The council will not be obligated to respond to any of these comments in any way. If any councilor wishes to respond then it will be at their own discretions and on their own behalf. Any response to an email sent via this system will not necessarily be the view of the Town Council. |
