How to apply for a grant
For an application form please click on this link Grant Application Form. Hard copies are available, upon request from the Town Clerk. You will be asked to provide details of your organisation, including a full set of accounts for the previous year, and an explanation as to why you feel your case should be considered for a grant from the Town Council. Please check our Grants Policy prior to submitting an application. If you are successful in your bid for grant funding you will be expected to complete a Grant Evaluation Form.
Audit papers 2016/2017
Each year the Town Council has to complete an Annual Return. The Council's governance and accounts are independently assessed by an independent internal auditor prior to being examined by the Council's external auditor Grant Thornton UK LLP. Under the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 (SI 2015 No. 234) The Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 the Notice of Conclusion of Audit for the year ended 31st March 2017 can be found here.
